The architecture beneath the wealth.
An attorney, an accountant, a wealth manager, a trustee, an insurance specialist. Five relationships, five partial views, and no one whose responsibility it is to see the structure entire.
Jüpitaurus is a governance services firm. We do not manage investments, practise law, or prepare taxes. We coordinate the licensed professionals who do — never compete with them.
We hold nothing and we sell nothing. No custody, no product, no commission, no rebate, and no revenue share.
Most complex families have excellent individual advisors — an attorney, a CPA, a wealth manager, an insurance broker, a real estate advisor — who have never sat in the same room together. The gap between them is structural, not a failure of any individual.
Their advisors are excellent but uncoordinated. We're the conductor.
Three pillars of governance — each designed to sit alongside existing advisory relationships, not replace them.
The framework a family is run by — decision rights, authority, and the terms on which wealth, intent and responsibility pass to the next generation. Including how the family gives, and how that giving survives the founder's attention.
The coordinating seat above every advisor the family already has. One record, one convening, and one person accountable for the structure entire — including the holdings and documentation most plans leave exposed.
The moments the structure is actually tested — a move across borders, a change of residence or jurisdiction, a handoff between generations, and the day someone must act rather than advise.
A family that has moved accumulates structure the way a house accumulates keys. Counsel in one country who has never spoken to counsel in another — each entirely correct within their own jurisdiction, and neither responsible for the seam between them.
The Meridian is built for that seam. It is the deepest capability in the practice, and the reason most families arrive.
Because Jüpitaurus operates only as governance coordinator and strategist — never as an investment adviser, fiduciary, or placement agent — there are no conflicts that compromise the quality of our counsel or the integrity of your client relationships.
This defined scope is what makes Jüpitaurus a safe and consistent referral partner for wealth management firms, professional service organisations, and institutional platforms. Our mandate protects your mandate.
Jüpitaurus engages wealth management firms, professional service organisations, and institutional partners through direct dialogue. We work alongside existing advisory relationships — never in front of them.
We sit behind the wealth manager's client relationship — solving the governance and coordination challenges that investment management cannot address, while the wealth manager retains full ownership of the advisory relationship.
We coordinate trust strategy and implementation — working with existing counsel or introducing specialist firms where clients require implementation support. The attorney drafts; we architect and oversee.
We identify the multi-jurisdictional and succession planning gaps that surface across a complex client's tax structure — and coordinate the professionals who close them.
For families served by private banking relationships or single-family offices requiring external governance coordination, Jüpitaurus provides the structural layer that complements custodial and investment services.
The conductor function is not a platform feature and not a committee. It is a single named principal who holds the whole and remains accountable for it. In a category defined by trust, that accountability is the product.
The practice grew out of Atlas Pathways, founded in 2013 and working with families and private clients across the United States, the UAE, Singapore and India. Jüpitaurus is based in Dallas and works with families and their advisors across North America, the Middle East, Singapore and Europe.
Three decades in cross-border business, corporate strategy and financial services — strategy and turnaround engagements with Cedar Consulting (formerly Renaissance Worldwide), Kibel Green and Accruent, and operating roles with American Express in New York and Mashreq Bank in the UAE.

His work reflects a conviction that simplicity is not the absence of sophistication; it is the result of disciplined architecture. He leads private-office architecture and the overall Jüpitaurus relationship. Engagements are high-touch, confidential and deliberately limited in capacity.
He has run a family office — his own — and has moved a family across borders six times. Jüpitaurus exists because he built, for his own family, what most families discover too late that nobody was holding.
Educated in marketing at UCLA and in design at FIDM in Los Angeles, she has built and operated design-led businesses for more than two decades, working with clients through highly personal, trust-based relationships.
Her own experience spans repeated family relocations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America — school and household transitions, housing and investment purchases, licensing and compliance, imports and logistics, and coordination with professional advisors and government bodies.
She understands transitions not as a framework but as lived execution: moving a family, rebuilding routines, navigating institutions, and protecting continuity while life is changing.
We do not publish the names of the specialists on our bench, and we publish nothing about the families we serve. Biographies are provided on request and to professional counterparties in the course of an engagement.
A first conversation establishes fit before anything else — no product, no obligation, and nothing to sign. If it is a match, it proceeds to the Foundation Audit. If it is not, we will say so and point you to the right professional. Every enquiry reaches the principal's desk and is answered personally.
Advisors enquiring on behalf of a client are welcome, and we will never approach that client independently. Principals are taken by introduction.

These pages name what we do and what we refuse to do. They do not set out how the work is performed, what any programme contains, in what sequence it proceeds, or what it produces. That is discussed directly, and where appropriate under confidence.
Engagements are fixed-fee and scoped in writing. We do not publish fees, ranges, or schedules, and any figure attributed to us elsewhere should be disregarded.
We do not publish the specialists we coordinate, and we publish nothing about the families we serve — not names, not jurisdictions, not case studies, not anonymised ones.
Jüpitaurus accepts a limited number of direct engagements. Availability is confirmed in conversation rather than represented on this website.
